From single items to full loads, whether you live in Newcastle or Northumberland we can remove your waste with our van. We can carry out house clearances in Newcastle and Northumberland.

This is being used in circumstances were a skip can not be placed (e.g the location is to busy or the skip can not be dropped close enough to the waste) or if you do not want to leave a skip on the property. It can also be used for quickness.It has been used by estate agents and landlords to clear their properties and make them ready for the next tenant.

We will help load the waste or if required, we can provide a price to load all of the waste ourselves.

Please give us a ring for advice and estimates, we will not price your waste by weight or the time taken to load it, it will be priced only on the waste you need collecting. The below prices are guidelines, we do have discretion when giving the final price.

Man with Van Service

Our man with van service is a simple, quick and fully insured method of moving large items from A to B.

Whether you have purchased large items from a d.i.y store, lots of flat packed furniture or simply want to move your possessions elsewhere. We can move items from residential and commercial properties.

We believe in being upfront with all prices, that is why we give you the ability to work out what you will pay. We charge £20 plus £1 per loaded mile. e.g you want to move an item of furniture 5 miles, 5 x £1 = £5 + £20 = £25. This is for a one man, one van service. We will always help load and unload your items.
