Road
Permits
An explanation:
Road permits are council introduced, whereby we must apply for a
road permit to place your skip on any council property. We understand
they are a costly addition to the price of your skip, but we must put
them on. If a skip is placed on the highway without a permit we
can be fined by the council. Councils seem to be
demanding such a high price for their permits, which seem
to often going up in price. We urge all customers to put their
skip on private property if possible as we do not believe permits offer
any value for money. If you have to have a permit, we can organise it
all for you, they last for 28 days from deposit of your skip.
